Terms & Conditions

Welcome to COOKRIE — The Pottery Studio. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

Our pottery is handmade. Small variations in colour, glaze, and dimensions are natural and are not defects — they make each piece unique.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock), in which case any amount paid is refunded.

Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
