Shipping Policy

Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹79.00 per order. Orders of ₹1,499.00 or more ship free.

Processing & delivery

Each piece is made and packed by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier. Because pottery is fragile, we pack carefully to prevent breakage.

Tracking

You can follow your order status any time under My Orders. We update the status as your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please submit a return request with photos within the return window and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy.
